Accessibility

Edgeless Media is committed to making our apps usable by everyone. All apps follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.

Screen Reader Support​

All Edgeless apps include semantic labels for screen readers (TalkBack on Android, VoiceOver on iOS). Interactive elements have descriptive labels, and navigation follows a logical focus order.

Text Sizing​

Our apps respect your device's text size settings. Increase the font size in your device's Accessibility settings and our apps will adapt automatically.

Color & Contrast​

  • All text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
  • Dark mode is available in every app (Settings > Theme > Dark)
  • The app follows your system theme preference by default

Reduced Motion​

Apps respect the "Reduce Motion" setting on your device. Animations are minimized or eliminated when this setting is enabled.

Touch Targets​

All interactive elements (buttons, links, toggles) meet the minimum 48x48dp touch target size recommended by accessibility guidelines.

Keyboard Navigation​

For users accessing apps via external keyboards or switch devices, our apps support standard keyboard navigation patterns.

Reporting Accessibility Issues​

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in any Edgeless app:

  1. Open the app's Settings
  2. Tap Report a Bug
  3. Describe the accessibility issue you encountered
  4. Include your device model, OS version, and any assistive technology in use

We treat accessibility bugs as high-priority issues and aim to fix them promptly.
