Retake the Assessment and Track Improvement
Darnell, a competitive self-improver, has been actively using the app for several weeks. He wants concrete evidence that his bias awareness is growing by retaking the assessment.
Steps
- Tap the Progress tab in the bottom navigation
- Tap "Retake Assessment" — available after at least 2 weeks since your last attempt
- Complete the assessment — same format as the original quiz, covering all four bias categories
- Review your comparison — the app shows your baseline score alongside your new score with improvement arrows
- Check category breakdowns — see which specific areas improved and which still need work
- Follow post-assessment recommendations — the app suggests your next focus based on remaining weak spots
What to Expect
Retaking the assessment takes about 5 minutes. You'll see a clear before-and-after comparison: overall score change, per-category shifts, and a recommendation for where to focus next. Measurable improvement is one of the strongest motivators to keep going.
Tips
- Wait at least 2-3 weeks between assessments for meaningful change
- Don't try to "game" the quiz — honest answers give you the most useful feedback
- Save your score history as motivation during plateaus
