How to Review Your Progress and Mastery

Darnell opens the Progress tab between sessions to see his bingo recall at 78%, Q-without-U at 91%, and his accuracy trend improving week over week. He drills into the bingos category to find TISANE at 58% and flags it as his priority for next session.

Steps

  1. Go to the Progress tab (second tab in the bottom navigation).

  2. Read the top summary — shows:

    • Total words learned
    • Overall accuracy
    • Current streak (days)
    • Longest streak ever
  3. Review per-category mastery — each category shows a mastery percentage with a visual indicator bar. Categories you're strong in show higher percentages; new or weak categories show lower.

  4. View the accuracy trend chart — tap the chart toggle to switch between:

    • 7-day view
    • 30-day view
    • All-time view Each shows your session accuracy over time, so you can see whether your overall performance is improving.
  5. Tap a category to see the word list for that category with per-word mastery status:

    • Learned — high recall rate, rare review intervals
    • Learning — active in spaced repetition rotation
    • New — not yet drilled
  6. Tap any word to see its individual drill history:

    • Times seen
    • Times correct
    • Recall percentage
    • Last reviewed date This is how you find your specific weak spots.
  7. View session history — scroll down on the Progress tab to see your past sessions: date, category drilled, words in session, accuracy.

Expected Outcome

  • Progress tab shows all mastery data computed from your local drill history
  • Per-word drill history is available for every word you've drilled
  • Accuracy trend chart shows improvement (or decline) over time

Tips

  • Darnell checks his Progress tab regularly and identifies categories where mastery has plateaued. He then targets the specific weak words in that category rather than drilling randomly.
  • The per-word history is especially useful for recall mode (bingos) — you can see exactly which anagram solutions you keep missing and focus future sessions on those racks.
  • Your streak shows in the Progress tab and on the session summary after each session. If you're at risk of breaking your streak, the Study Reminders notification will include that context ("Keep your 12-day streak alive!").
