How to Track Your Accuracy Trend Over Time

Ronaldo, a construction site manager recovering from a TBI, checks his accuracy trend daily. After five weeks of consistent practice, his scores climbed from 42% to 71% on Medium difficulty — visible evidence of recovery he could show his neurologist. This guide shows how to read and use the Progress tab.

What You Need

  • At least 2–3 completed exercise sessions

Steps

  1. Open the Progress tab by tapping the trending-up chart icon in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. View the accuracy trend chart. The chart shows your best accuracy score per session, plotted over time. An upward slope means your accuracy is improving.

  3. Change the time range. Tap one of the range selectors at the top of the chart:

    • 7 days — last week's sessions
    • 30 days — the past month
    • 90 days — the past three months
    • All time — your complete session history
  4. Review the session history list below the chart. Each row shows the date, story title, and your accuracy progression (attempt 1 → attempt 4). For example: "38% → 52% → 61% → 68%."

  5. Tap any session to open the session detail screen, which shows:

    • The story title and date
    • Your accuracy for each of the 4 retelling attempts
    • The list of facts found and missed per attempt

What to Look For

  • Upward trend over 30 days — the most meaningful sign of improvement. Day-to-day variation is normal.
  • Round-to-round improvement within a session — typical for most users. Attempt 4 is usually higher than attempt 1.
  • High variance — if your scores swing widely (e.g., 25% to 72%), this may reflect variable fatigue rather than inconsistent ability. Look at trends over weeks, not days.

Expected Outcome

The Progress tab shows your accuracy trend chart and session history. Selecting different time ranges updates the chart. Tapping any session opens the detail view.

Home Tab Daily Status

The Home tab also shows a quick summary:

  • Your current streak (consecutive days with at least one completed exercise)
  • Your last session's best accuracy
  • A "Start Today's Exercise" button

These three elements give you your daily status at a glance without navigating to the Progress tab.
