Nadia — Sanity-Anchor User (Free → Plus)

Tier: Free → Plus upgrade | Platform: Android | Stage: Active

Background

Nadia is a 36-year-old pediatric nurse and mother of two who keeps her bucket list as proof that she exists beyond work and carpool schedules. She started adding "just for me" items after her youngest started school. Hitting the sync wall when she lost her phone was the trigger that pushed her to Plus.

Goals

  • Keep a mix of solo dreams (#just-for-me) and family goals (#family) in one organized system
  • Plan goals with sub-tasks when she's ready — her solo trip to Morocco has 6 sub-tasks and a $3,200 budget
  • Recover her data if she ever loses her phone again
  • Complete about 1 goal per month with a meaningful reflection

How She Uses the App

Nadia had 22 items before her phone loss. After subscribing to Plus and getting cloud sync, she's rebuilt to 14 items. Her most planned item is "Solo trip to Morocco" with 6 sub-tasks and a $3,200 budget. She recently completed "Learn to make sourdough" with a 4-star reflection — and went back to edit it to add that her kids now ask for "mama bread" every weekend.

Upgrade Journey

Reinstalled on a new phone → empty list → "Restore with Plus" prompt → subscription → all 22 items synced back from the server.

Tier Rationale

The upgrade was emotionally driven — losing all her items (including items she'd never written down elsewhere) was the exact pain point Plus solves. Cloud sync is the subscription's value proposition made concrete.
