How to Check Your Practice Streak and Monthly Stats

Who this is for: Users who maintain a consistent daily practice and want to review their streak, habit calendar, extended mood trends, and practice statistics.

Diane approaches her streak the same way she approached attendance in her classroom: she takes it seriously, tracks it carefully, and finds meaning in the accumulation. At 119 consecutive days, her streak isn't a gamification number — it's evidence of a commitment she made to herself.

Steps

  1. Open the app and navigate to the Progress tab. The Progress tab displays all your long-term practice data.

  2. See your current streak. At the top of the Progress tab, your current practice streak is displayed prominently: the number of consecutive calendar days on which you completed at least one practice. The streak count uses your device's local time zone.

Your longest streak is also displayed nearby, so you can compare your current run to your personal best.

  3. View the habit calendar. Below the streak counter, the habit calendar shows a grid of days — typically the past 90 days. Days on which you completed at least one practice are marked (green dots or filled squares, depending on your accessibility settings). Days with no practice are shown differently. The visual pattern of filled vs. unfilled days tells the story of your consistency over time.

  4. Review 90-day mood trends. The trend charts in the Progress tab default to the past 30 days but can be expanded to 90 days. To view the 90-day view, look for a time period selector near the chart (e.g., "1 week / 1 month / 3 months") and tap 3 months or 90 days.

The extended view shows self-criticism and self-compassion trends over a longer arc. For established users, this often shows a clear downward trend in self-criticism over the first month, with gradual stabilization at a lower baseline.

  5. Review your favorite practice stat. Below the mood charts, the Progress tab shows your most-completed practice — the one you've returned to most often. This stat reflects which pillar and which guided exercise has become your anchor.

  6. Review total practices completed. The statistics section also shows your total practice count since you started, practices this month, and average practices per week.

Expected Outcome

You can see your current streak, longest streak, habit calendar, 90-day mood trends, favorite practice, and monthly statistics — all in one view on the Progress tab.

Notes

  • Large text works. If you use 150% system font scaling, all text and numbers in the Progress tab scale with your accessibility settings. The habit calendar dot pattern also remains clearly visible at larger sizes.
  • The streak uses calendar days. A streak increments once per calendar day in your local time zone, regardless of how many practices you complete that day. One practice per day maintains the streak.
  • Gaps are shown, not hidden. The habit calendar shows days you missed alongside days you practiced. The app doesn't smooth over gaps or rearrange data. An honest view of your consistency is more useful than a flattering one.
  • Streak resets on missed days. If you miss a day, your streak resets to 1 the next time you practice. Your longest streak is preserved as a separate stat. The full habit calendar history remains unchanged.
  • Plus subscribers. With Plus, your streak and progress data sync across devices. Practices completed on one device count toward your streak and appear in the habit calendar on all your devices.
