How to View Your Dashboard and Progress Levels

Rafael opens his Dashboard during his evening session and sees progress level cards for his three processes, quick stats showing 4 items in progress, and the criteria for advancing from "Building Habits" to "Tracking."

Steps

  1. Open the Dashboard tab (first tab in the bottom navigation). It loads in under 1 second.

  2. Read your progress level cards — each process you've defined shows a card with:

    • Process name
    • Current level number (1-5) and level name
    • A visual progress indicator
  3. Tap a card to see:

    • A description of the current level and what it means
    • The specific criteria you need to meet to advance to the next level
  4. Read the quick stats bar — at the top of the Dashboard you'll see:

    • Items in progress (active songs/albums not yet at the final stage)
    • Items completed this month
    • Active processes count

Level Descriptions

LevelNameYou're Here If...
1Getting StartedYou have a process defined but haven't tracked items through it yet
2Building HabitsYou're following your process consistently but not measuring timing
3TrackingYou have timing data from stage transitions and it's being captured
4AnalyzingYou review your timing data regularly and have identified bottlenecks
5MasteringYou've modified your process at least once based on data you analyzed

Expected Outcome

  • Dashboard loads in under 1 second
  • Each defined process shows a progress level card
  • Quick stats reflect your current active and completed item counts
  • Tapping any card shows level criteria

Tips

  • Levels are calculated based on your actual usage: whether a process is defined, whether items have been tracked through it, whether you've viewed timing data, and whether you've completed a formal assessment.
  • A new process always starts at "Getting Started" — move your first song through all stages to advance toward "Building Habits."
  • If you have no processes yet, the Dashboard shows an empty state with a "Create Your First Process" call-to-action.
