How to Add a Reflection to a Past Episode
Who this is for: Anyone reviewing a hard week — or any week — who wants to add what they noticed after the fact.
Maya reviews her log at the end of rough weeks. The history list is her evidence that attacks end; the reflection is where the week's lesson gets attached to the episode it belongs to.
Steps
-
Open the Log page. Your episodes are listed most-recent-first, each row showing its intensity.
-
Tap the episode you want to reflect on. The detail view shows everything you logged: date and time, intensity, triggers, what helped, and any reflection you added at the time.
-
Add a short reflection and save. Write what you noticed — what the episode was really about, what you'd try next time, what you want to remember. A few sentences is enough.
-
See it attached. The reflection appears on the episode's detail view, linked to that episode in your history.
Expected Outcome
The reflection is saved and linked to the episode. Your history stays reverse-chronological, with each row's intensity indicator intact.
Notes
- Reflections can be added any time after the episode. Logging first and reflecting later is a normal pattern, not a workaround.
- Your history is the point. Scrolling a month of episodes with intensities attached is the app's quiet argument: attacks end, and the data proves it.
- Pro adds the pattern view. Once you've logged at least five episodes, pattern insights can surface what your reflections hint at — see seeing your trigger patterns.
