How to Read Your Monthly Summary

Who this is for: Pro members — especially anyone coming back after a break who wants the thread picked up, not a lecture about the gap.

Elena logged twelve episodes across one high-stress quarter, then lost the thread for two months. The monthly summary is the lapsed-return payoff: the month made visible, generated from her own data, in calm plain language.

Steps

  1. Open your monthly summary from the Log page. The summary is available to Pro members with episodes spanning the period.

  2. Read your month at a glance. Time-of-day trends and trigger frequency across the month, stated in calm, plain language — no clinical claims, no jargon.

  3. Connect it to your history. The summary is drawn from the same episodes, intensities, and reflections you logged — nothing in it comes from anywhere but your own record.

Expected Outcome

The monthly summary renders from your own data. No clinical claims, no benchmarking against other users — just your month, made visible.

Notes

  • Returning after a break changes nothing. Your history is intact server-side; the summary spans whatever you logged, whenever you logged it. Losing the thread shouldn't mean losing the account.
  • It pairs with the pattern view. The monthly summary is the month-scale companion to your trigger patterns.
  • Plain language is the rule. Summaries avoid diagnostic language the same way insights do — patterns, not verdicts.
