How to Answer a Next-Day Check-In
Who this is for: Plus members who logged an episode yesterday and want to close the loop — how are you today, actually?
Tomás practices himself, not just for his wife. The next-day check-in is one tap: a five-point mood check-in that asks how you're feeling today, then acknowledges your answer calmly. No score, no streak, no comparison.
Steps
-
Find the check-in prompt. The day after you log an episode, the optional next-day check-in appears — it's an invitation, not a task.
-
Tap how you're feeling today. The five-point check-in answers in one tap. There is no right answer and no writing required.
-
See the calm acknowledgment. A quiet acknowledgment renders — no score, no streak, no comparison to anyone.
Expected Outcome
Your check-in is recorded against yesterday's episode. One check-in per episode, entirely optional, zero pressure copy.
Notes
- Skipping is a complete answer. The check-in is optional; ignoring it has no consequence and no nag follows.
- It feeds your own context. Check-ins add mood context to your episode history — the "how did I actually feel the next day" layer that's easy to forget.
- Once per episode. You won't be asked twice about the same episode.
