How to Add and Manage People

Who this is for: Anyone who wants to create profiles for the people in their memories.

Priya wants to add her grandmother Dadi, her mother, and her father as people so she can see all memories linked to each of them.

Steps

1. Tap the "People" tile on the dashboard.
2. Tap the "+" button to add a new person.
3. Enter their name.
4. Add a description (optional) — a sentence about who they are or their relationship to you.
5. Add tags (optional) — for example, "family," "teacher," "friend."
6. Tap "Save."
7. Repeat for each person you want to add.

Linking People to Memories

• When creating or editing a memory, use the entity chip bar to tap "Add Person" and select the person.
• The link is bidirectional: the person's profile shows that memory, and the memory shows that person.

Viewing a Person's Memories

• Tap any person in the People list to open their profile.
• The profile shows their name, description, tags, and all linked memories in chronological order.
• Tap any memory in the list to open its full detail.

Tips

• You can edit a person's name, description, or tags at any time by tapping their profile and then "Edit."
• Deleting a person removes them from the People list but does not delete the memories they were linked to.
